Purchasing yearbooks:  Yearbooks may be reserved during the following
intervals this school year.

Sales dates:
10-27--11-16     $45
3-5--3-23       $50
4-2--4-23       $55

Now is the best time to reserve your copy of the 2011-2012 yearbook.  Get your
copy reserved today for $45.  You may purchase your copy before school by
check made payable to HHHS or by cash;  you may also visit
www.jostensyearbooks.com, 24/7 using a credit or debit card.

Senior pictures:

All senior photos submitted should be in digital format; this policy allows
for better quality in both the yearbook and the local newspapers in May.  This
year’s cut-off date for submitting senior pictures for the 2011-2012 HHHS
yearbook is December 9, 2011.   Please ensure that the image selected for
publication is sent to yearbook@nspencer.k12.in.us at 300 resolution or
higher.   We send a confirmation email for every senior picture we receive by
email.  If you cannot provide a digital image, please contact us to allow us
to help resolve the situation.

Most area photographers are aware of our deadline and often wait to send all
of the Heritage Hills’ seniors at one time.  However, if you become concerned,
please check with the photographer.   Each year we post a list of senior
photos we’ve received as the deadline approaches.  Also, if you think you’ve
selected a photographer who may not be aware of our policies, please give us
the contact information or have the studio contact us.

Recognition/"baby" ads:

Below is the order form for senior recognition/"baby" ads:

Parents of seniors may choose to purchase space in the yearbook to feature
their graduate with a picture and message. Typically parents choose baby
pictures, but the photo could be of the graduate at any age.   Please indicate
below if you wish to purchase an advertisement and print the message you would
like to include.

(Please place an ‘X’ in the appropriate blanks.)

price of $30.  (All checks should be made payable to HHHS; if purchasing a
yearbook as well, feel free to use one check for both.)

_____  Shhhhhh!  This will be a surprise to my graduate!

You may communicate with us via email or mail in order to deliver the message
and picture to be included in the recognition advertisement.  We confirm all
messages sent via email.

Senior ads. are due by December 9th, which is also the due date for senior
picture submission.   All pictures submitted will be available for pick-up in
the spring; they will not be mailed back to you.  All pictures which are
emailed should be sent to yearbook@nspencer.k12.in.us at a resolution of 300
or higher. We reserve the right to edit or not publish any material deemed
inappropriate.
