The School Board meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at the school corporation office.

 The North Spencer County School Corporation is a member of The Indiana School Boards Association, The Southern Indiana Education Center, The Dubois-Spencer-Perry Exceptional Children's Cooperative, and The Patoka Valley Vocational Education Cooperative.
